The automated keypad entry was a total mess. We had to waste time waiting for staff to help us get into our cabin because the code didn’t work. Self check-in should have been communicated better. knowing which cabin was ours ahead of time would have saved us a lot of hassle.

i was almost going to give a good review, but the tiny bugs in the bathroom sink were just appalling. not to mention, i expected a coffee maker, but only had a hot water kettle. to top it off, there was no special treatment for my stay. very disappointing, to say the least!
